~ Two of my favorite things are knitting and reading,
. . .and joining ‘Yarn Along.’
I find sooooo many knitting and reading ideas; soooooooo little time!
One day a couple months ago upon hearing a knock at the door, I found my neighbor with a big smile on his face and a an old cardboard box in his hands.
” I found this today at the yard sale.”
Inside I found pink,  ahhhh bright pink mohair yarn.
I said, “Oh, Shirley will like this” shuttering a little inside.
Shirley said “NO.”
When you give a knitter yarn with a big smile and a huge heart, she might make a fun, happy shawl for your young grand daughter!

Thanks . 🙂
perfect use!!!
Thank you. 🙂
The pink looks lovely in that stripey shawl. I can see how it might have been a bit too much all on its own 🙂
yes, it needed to be toned down a little.
Yeah, that’s a whole lot of pink. lol
that is just the sweetest thing, and your poncho is darling
thank you. . .
Love this story….thanks for sharing!
You’re welcome, the shawl is becoming a fun knit.
