On my mind: Tonight is Family Night. Once a month all the children and grandchildren (that are able) get together for dinner, games, birthday and anniversary celebrations, songs, thankfuls and devotions.
Thankfuls means everyone tells us three things they are thankful for, it must be something different from what has already been mentioned. Because of differences, one family wasn’t meeting with the rest for several years, when we united again, one grandson didn’t know how to express the word thankful. He was told to tell of three things he liked or was happy about. Now you should see him, He can hardly contain himself for the happiness he shows when it is his turn to be thankful.

We found as the children moved out and on, even though we saw them regularly at church, we weren’t visiting. So as any good thing we had to schedule in the time. The cousins play great together. The siblings laugh and joke just as they always have. The in-laws have fit in wonderfully. Sounds like never any problems, not so, life is life, but God’s grace has never failed.
For several years the boys worked in their father’s business, then the oldest daughter, and then the youngest, with our middle daughter working part-time…it was a blessing to see them all work together for the good of the business. When we did end up of losing the business, they all supported and helped each other and us during the transition.
